Studio A Salon 48-Hour Cancellation/No Show Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so before 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, so I can offer that time to another client. I know emergencies happen, and I know life happens — I have no problem adjusting to what will work with you because emergencies and life happen to us stylists too.  Please be aware that if this cancellation policy is abused, if you cancel same day as your scheduled services I reserve the right to charge 65% for the scheduled service. If you fail to call or not show up at all without any communication I reserve the right to charge 100%. This is non refundable and does not apply to any future appointments booked.
